The Arizona Doll & Toy Museum recently found a new home In
The Catlin Court Historic District —one that is especially
well-suited to the breadth and depth of its collection, which
includes dolls and vintage toys from various time periods
and countries.
There’s plenty for both boys and girls ( both young and old!) to explore at the Arizona Doll & Toy Museum, including miniature metal vehicles, automatons, model train cars, child-size “companion” dolls, Star Wars figures, nesting dolls and dollhouses filled with miniature dolls and furnishings.
Kids will especially enjoy the replica of a one-room schoolhouse, where they can look for similarities and differences between modern classrooms and those of a century ago.
The building is number 400 on the map below, south east corner of 59th Ave and Myrtle. There is free parking directly north and across street from Museum entrance.
