Councilmember Goulet presented a VIP check to Max and Inez Levine
for exterior improvements made to their Catlin Court property.
Funding is the result of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
(ARRA) and is available for improvements to commercial and
industrial properties in the city’s redevelopment area. For
